Transcription Unlimited was formed in June of 1994 by Linda Hill, an experienced transcriptionist and Marketing Director who had worked for and managed other successful transcription companies.
Her dream of being able to provide the quality of service and turnaround she wanted for her customers was realized in June 1994 when she started her own company. As her new company grew, she realized that with growth came more responsibility and in 1995 Transcription Unlimited was incorporated.
Don Somers joined the team as Treasurer/Vice President, bringing with him excellent financial experience and a good old “common sense” attitude. Over the past 13 years Transcription Unlimited, Inc. has grown to a formidable company. Located in Independence, a suburb of Kansas City, Missouri, the company has continued to grow and now has customers all over the country.
